2. Transmission part: The transmission part of the whole granulator is excellent, and the work of the whole body is very important. The transmission frames are all welded with high-quality channel steel and have passed strict quality requirements. The main motor and reducer installed on the drive frame are all ISO national inspection-free products with reliable quality. The motor drives the pulley, the V-belt, and the reducer to the main shaft to make the body work. The transmission reducer is on the working part of the main shaft, and the nylon write-off coupler is used to occlude and transmit the drive.

3. Large ring gear: fixed on the machine body, meshes with the transmission pinion, and drives the body to work in opposite directions. It uses better wear-resistant materials to ensure the machine have a longer service life.

4. Moving belt: fixed on both sides of the machine to support the whole body.

5. Body part: The most important part of the whole granulator is the body part, which is welded by high-quality medium-carbon steel plates, with a special rubber lining or acid-resistant stainless steel lining built in, to achieve automatic scar removal and tumor removal, eliminating the Traditional scraper device, and through strict quality control and specific process requirements, in order to achieve the purpose of this machine.

Installation and debugging of Rotary drum Stirring tooth granulator:

1. Installation: After the machine arrives at the factory, it will be installed in conjunction with the technological process, point out the elevation and horizontal position, and install it obliquely. The general inclination is 2-5 degrees (it can be adjusted by the user). Both the bracket and the transmission frame of the machine have Anchor holes for mounting on concrete,

1>. The total thickness of the iodine-shaped backing plate between each base of the machine and the foundation should not be greater than 30-35mm;

2>. Adjust the height of each base with an Australian-shaped backing plate so that each base is inclined at 5 degrees;

3>. After adjusting the bases properly, put the cylinder on the bracket, and finally adjust the supporting roller;

4>. fix the transmission part of the granulator;

5>. After confirming that the gear wheel, transmission device and cylinder are properly adjusted, start pouring cement. After 8-10 days, after the cement solidifies, start the no-load test run;

6>. The adjustment method of the body position:

a. On the full length of the left and right sides of the body, install two parallel steel wires with a diameter of 0.5-1mm, and check the level of the steel wires with a level meter;

b. Put down two phase hammers tangential to the ball along the sides of the dryer from each ball. c. Measure the distance from the steel wire to the line drop to detect the horizontal position of the body;

d. Measure the relative vertical elevation of the highest points of the two rolls to check the position of the body on the vertical plane;
