When the urea solution directly participates in the granulation, the granulation temperature of the granulation material in the compound fertilizer production line can be increased from about 40°C to about 60°C, and the granulation moisture can be reduced from 5% to 2.5%, which greatly reduces the drying load.

3. Use the viscosity of urea solution to help the material granulate in the granulator, improve the granulation rate of the material, increase the production capacity by about 30%, and reduce the power consumption by 30%.

4. The particle strength of compound fertilizer equipment products is increased from the original 12N to 30N, the water content of the finished product is reduced from 2.0% to 1.00%, the appearance of the particles is improved, and the agglomeration can be slowed down.
