Rotary drum granulator working principle:
The working principle of this series drum granulator is: the belt and pulley are driven by the main motor, and are transmitted to the driving shaft through the reducer, and the split gear installed on the driving shaft is connected with the large gear ring fixed on the machine body. Together, work opposite each other. The material is fed from the feed end and passes through the inside of the cylinder. Through the function of the special structure inside the cylinder, it is made into granules, and finally flows out through the discharge port. Due to the continuous input of materials and the continuous rotation of the granulator, mass production can be realized.

Advantages of Rotary drum granulator in compound fertilizer production line
1. It saves the cost of granulation, packaging, and transportation of urea concentrate, and also saves troublesome operations such as crushing, solid material measurement, and transportation when making compound fertilizer from solid urea.
2. When the urea solution directly participates in the granulation, the granulation temperature of the granulation material in the compound fertilizer production line can be increased from about 40°C to about 60°C, and the granulation moisture can be reduced from 5% to 2.5%, which greatly reduces the drying load.
3. Use the viscosity of urea solution to help the material granulate in the granulator, improve the granulation rate of the material, increase the production capacity by about 30%, and reduce the power consumption by 30%.
4. The particle strength of compound fertilizer equipment products is increased from the original 12N to 30N, the water content of the finished product is reduced from 2.0% to 1.00%, the appearance of the particles is improved, and the agglomeration can be slowed down.
